Allison Biehl Wins Miss Indiana USA on Third TryNovember 1, 2009 The new Miss Indiana USA 2010 is Allison Lynn Biehle, a 5’6” green-eyed brunette, is the 21-year-old daughter of Mike and Linda Biehle of North Vernon. This was her thir attempt at the title as she was the second runner up in both 2008 and 2009. The balance of the “Top 5” were: First Runner-up, Tiffany Mack of Cayuga; Second Runner-up, Emily Hart of Fort Wayne; Third Runner-up, Whitney Hatter of West Lafayette; and Fourth Runner-up, Christina DeVoe of Carmel. The Semi-Finalists were: Brooke Becchino of Munster; Stephanie Marx of Lynnville; Jessica Karle of Crawfordsville; Rohma Siddiqui of Fort Wayne; and Jillian Wunderlich of Russiaville.
