Belgium Queen Selected for Both Miss Universe 2010 and Miss World 2010Michael Knittel / Global BeautiesJanuary 10, 2010 Cilou Annys, and 18-year-old model from Bruges, was crowned Miss Belgium 2010 and will representa her country in Miss Universe and Miss World 2010. She is 1.78 m-tall. The 1st runner-up was Lien Arnouts, and the 2nd runner-up was Binta Telemans. Rounding out the top 5, were Elke Vandeborre and Claudia Scheelen. Congratulations to the new Miss Belgium!
