The Pageant Superstore is unique in many ways. Buyers can browse through a variety of categories, such as evening gown, interview suits, swim wear, and the newest category, day wear. From rehearsals, appearances, and competition all competitions needs can be served. Buyers can ask questions of the sellers, although descriptions are accurate and detailed to ensure a satisfactory transaction. Buyers can purchase an item and have it shipped within 1-2 business days.

Selling clothing is generally just as simple. Sellers supply The Pageant Superstore with photos and a description. When a buyer purchases the item, the money is deposited directly into the seller's account! The Pageant Superstore is the only pageant consignment shop that charges posting fees based on the price of your items. For example, if an item for sale is under $100, the posting fee is $2.00. If it is over $100, the posting feel is only $4.00. This allows sellers more flexibility to sell less expensive items for a smaller fee. The Pageant Superstore takes no percentage of the sale.

"I have been able to sell many of my items," reveals Lauren. "Of course, I use the profits to buy more items! Its really a win-win situation!"

For example, Lauren sold her competition suit, evening gowns and multiple interview suits.  Some items sold just one day after being posted!

"Things sold so fast, I wish I had more to sell, as it is a great way to make extra money!" exclaims Lauren.

To demonstrate the sucess of her sale, Lauren disclosed that she sold her Tony Bowls Competition Gown that she wore for the Ms. United States Pageant through the web service. She recouped 50% of the retail cost of her gown.

Dress SuccessNow that Lauren in Ms. United States 2007-2008, she needs an appearance wardrobe and the successful sale of her competition attire has enabled her to purchase many such outfits. Fo instance, Lauren bought a Studio 17 green gown that she wore at the All American Pageant in South Carolina.  She also purchased a great red cocktail dress for a firefighter award ceremony.

"I was able to purchase items from former Mrs. United States, Shannon Devine and Janice McQueen Ward," reveals Lauren. "It is kind of fun knowing that the items were used by other queens. "

In the pageantry industry, The Pageant Superstore is a welcome benefit. For more information, please visit www.pageantsuperstore.com.
