By Devon Lee, TFTJ StaffPosted: April 12, 2008 2007 saw titles awards, titles taken away, Miss USA slipped in a gown, Oklahoma capture two in a row, and Miss South Carolina Teen USA lose focus while answering a question. The Mrs. United States Pageant crowned their winner first African-American winner, the American Renaissance Pageant got a new director, and the America's National Teenager program expanded the number of divisions it crowns. With all that said, it's time to announce the winners for the 2007 Best "Off Stage" Award winners. Congratulations to all.
