Wow! As the new year of 2009 starts to get underway, the state of the economy isn't the greatest. What has been a hobby for some, meaning pageants and pageantry, is now starting to be conisdered a luxury. Potential delegates are having to really do their research and choose wisely how best to spend their pageant bucks.
