Minnesota International Pageants crowned three new queens during the 21st annual pageant on held March 14 &15, 2009 in St. Cloud, MN. Twenty-three Teens, nine Miss, and thirteen Mrs. contestants competed in their respective divisions for the coveted 2009 titles.
