The reigning Mrs. New Jersey United States doesn't see pageantry as a major part of her life, but as a stepping stone to great personal achievements. Ceylone Boothe-Grooms brings a warm laugh and a great personality to the crown and the ambitions to make a difference in honor of her sister along the way.
