Flipping through the channels trying to find some entertainment, my finger stops on the channel airing The Biggest Loser (BL). I watch it for a few minutes, because I have to admit, it is like a train wreck that I can’t look away from. I know that the contestants will struggle, lose weight and eventually look like a movie star at the end of the show. But I have watched this show enough to know that what I see makes me cringe.
