On January 31, 2010 the nomination process ended and the online voting for best in each category began. The voting ended on February 28, 2010 and now it's time to announce the winners for the on-stage categories. The 2009 Pageant season, and subsequent Best of the Best process, would not be complete without naming the 1st runner-up in each category. These are our Honorable Mention On-Stage Award Winners.
