Former Miss Utah USA 2003, Kelly Chapman, married December 3, 2005 in Salt Lake City. Her husband, Jeff James, is a tv meteorologist for ABC news and Kelly is a reporter for the CBS affiliate in Utah. Both Jeff and Kelly will be moving to live in Arizona in March where Jeff will be a chief meteorologist for the primetime ABC affiliate and Kelly will continue working as a news reporter.
