Tia Hunsperger, Mrs Western States Globe 2007, was a “personal shopper” at the Ruby room. The Ruby Room is an organization the gives Prom dresses to young ladies who do not have the resources to purchase a prom gown. This picture is with the other ladies who volunteered that afternoon.
