The Miss United States pageant was held in Las Vegas, NV. from July 9 to July 16, 2010.

The reigning Miss United States 2009 Erin Grizzle was on hand to crown her successor.

The new Miss United States 2010 is Jessica Black, 26, who competed as Miss Georgia.  She also won the Miss Congeniality award,

The first runner up was Miss Maine Aleksandra Derikonja and the second runner up was Miss Kansas Carissa Kelley.
