Source: Art Johnson, Photographer There are two winners in each category this year in prelminary competiton in the Miss Georgia Pageant - one for novice contestants and another for a pageant veteran. Lauren Halford, Miss Cobb County, was the first-year winner in talent Tuesday night as preliminaries in the 62nd Miss Georgia pageant got under way, singing an operatic "Musetta's Waltz." Miss Onion Capital Devan Fleming was the top returnee in talent, with the song "River Deep, Mountain High." In the lifestyle and fitness, or swimwuit, competion, the winners were novice Donna Fellers, Miss Irish Capital, and veteran Kelley Bradshaw, Miss Capital City. In evening wear, Miss Fulton County Jacqueline Payne was the first-time entrant winner, while the returning honors went to Jessica Black, Miss Heart of Georgia.
