The National Sweetheart 2011 pageant was held September 4, 2011 in Hoopston, IL. 

The new National Sweetheart 2011 is Simone Mullinax, 22, of Arkansas.  She is from Tulsa, Ok and attends the University of Arkansas.  She is a vocalist and sang Habanera at her state pageant.  Simone's platform is Mentoring with C.A.R.E. - Children At-Risk Everywhere.  Her competition background is the 2nd RU '11, 1st RU '10 (OK MAO Return '09, '08, '07).

The first runner up was Tippe Emmott, Missouri, second runner up was Amanda Narciso, Massachusetts, third runner up was Raeanna Mary Johnson, Wisconsin, and fourth runner up was Kristen Springer, Georgia.

The remaining Top 10 were: Haley Bagwell, Alabama; Hannah Porter, Colorado; Jenna Day, Kentucky; Kalen Dennis, Florida; and McKenna Wheeler, Utah.
